3 days and still going

3 Whole Days! Facebook Cleanse still underway That's right, it's been 3 days since I said by-bye to Facebook in order to get a good cleansing for myself and I have to say that it was the weirdest, scariest, and BEST experience ever. I told everyone I would come back Monday morning, but I am seriously dreading it! Have you ever considered completely unplugging from the engine? What will you find on the other side? What will you do with yourself? Let me share with you what my weekend looked like since I chose to "disconnect" myself: - I cooked more - I played more - I read more - I realized I had real friends that did crazy things like called. They may not live in my town, but they are with me. - I started to think about new things I could get into, and actually pursue. There may or may not be a pretty kickass paddleboard in my future. - I started to get creative with my time. - I went outside a lot more - I bonded with my son more, cuddles, cuddles, and more cuddles. - We ate dinner at the table. Sure, he doesn't talk yet, but these good habits start now. - I recognized drama faster, and pushed it out of my existence even faster than that. - I organized a 5 year plan toward financial independence and took action on it. (If you have not read Tony Robbins' "Money: Master the Game" I hightly recommend it.) - I went to bed earlier, no more idle scrolling through newsfeeds in an attempt to "wrap things up" Overall, as you can tell, it was an incredibly rewarding experience, and I am really glad that I took the time to take the time. I highly suggest your try a bit of a fast yourself to see what comes out on the other side. Now that I am ready to take on some serious challenges, go to http://ift.tt/1Agtt9M and get yourself acclimated to my adventure, let's take this ride together.
